Veterinary Technician | $20.00–$30.00/hr | Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available - CVT/LVT/RVT
Location: Naples, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Three 12-Hour Overnight Shifts Per Week | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Specialists in Companion Animal Neurology (SCAN) is hiring an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our Overnight Neurology & Surgery team in Naples, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Technician who enjoys specialty medicine, overnight patient care, anesthesia, and surgery while working alongside board-certified neurologists and neurosurgeons in a highly specialized practice.
Compensation
- $20.00–$30.00 per hour starting, based on experience, skills, and credentials
- $4.00/hour overnight shift differential
- Participation in an after-hours surgical on-call rotation with 1.5x pay and premio opportunities
- Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus available for Licensed Veterinary Technicians (CVT/LVT/RVT)
- Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus available for experienced unlicensed Veterinary Technicians

Schedule

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care for hospitalized neurology and neurosurgery patients.
- Assist board-certified neurologists and neurosurgeons with consultations, diagnostics, treatments, and specialty procedures.
- Monitor anesthesia during advanced surgical and diagnostic procedures.
- Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, laboratory sample collection, and patient treatments.
