Bear Flag Fish Company is looking for team members who have a genuine interest in seafood and want to grow in the craft of sushi Attention to detail, cleanliness, and pride in the product are essential.
As a Sushi Roller, you’ll be responsible for preparing and rolling sushi in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and roll sushi items according to company standards
- Maintain consistency in presentation, portioning, and quality
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep including cutting ingredients and portioning fish
- Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service

What We’re Looking For
- Interest in seafood and sushi preparation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong Knife skills

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
