what will the IT Support Specialist (Tester) at Terrestris do?
The IT Support Specialist (Tester) will support the IRS Criminal Investigation (CI) enterprise endpoint test environment by performing structured validation and testing of Windows-based hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and endpoint-management solutions. The position will help ensure that new technologies, configurations, updates, and hardware platforms are thoroughly tested and ready for enterprise deployment.
You will maintain test environments, execute test plans, document results, identify defects, and recommend corrective actions. You will also support endpoint imaging and lifecycle-management activities, automated testing initiatives, configuration and change management, and the development of technical documentation and communications.
