Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about solving complex user problems through thoughtful design and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Location: Remote
English Level: B2 or higher (required)
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of intuitive and user-friendly digital products from concept to delivery.
Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user-centered solutions.
Ensure consistency across products by contributing to and maintaining design systems.
Validate design decisions through user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
Advocate for best practices in user experience, accessibility, and visual design.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final solutions.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a senior role.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile application design projects.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
Strong knowledge of usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
Excellent visual design, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
English proficiency: B2 or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing complex digital products or enterprise applications.
Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and customer journey
