DESCRIPTION:
Guide cross-functional teams to deliver strategic R&D; projects that advance Thermo Fisher Scientific's mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Partner with stakeholders across R&D;, Business Units, Operations, Marketing, and other functions to drive successful development and commercialization of innovative products and solutions. Provide strategic direction in planning, executing and monitoring complex projects while maintaining focus on timelines, budgets and quality. Address and mitigate risks, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and ensure effective communication at all levels. Support developing project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
