Job Description

What you will work on

Supporting HR Transformation projects focused on digitalizing and simplifying HR processes
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and procedures
Assisting in the preparation and update of internal HR documentation
Supporting the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including:
analysis of impacts on grading and compensation frameworks
preparation of reports and internal documentation
update of policies and internal tools
Supporting Industrial Relations activities connected to these initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For

Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path, degree paths in Law, HR management or similar topics will be considered a plus
Fluency in English and Italian




Previous experiences in legal and/or HR fields will be considered a plus
Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
Strong analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity
Interest in HR, organizational processes and digital innovation
Ability to work both independently and in teams
Attention to detail and structured approach to work
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
