In this vital role within the social media industry, you will evaluate and moderate AI-generated content to ensure platform integrity and user safety, contributing to the development of safer digital environments while enjoying a world-class lifestyle in Athens.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate AI-generated content to ensure compliance with social media safety guidelines.
Identify and mitigate potential risks within GenAI responses to maintain high trust and safety standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the accuracy and quality of automated content moderation tools.
Apply deep understanding of cultural nuances and language proficiency to safeguard the Italian-speaking user community.
Stay updated on emerging trends in the social media industry to anticipate and address new safety challenges.
Provide insightful feedback on AI model performance to enhance safety protocols.
Maintain professional performance standards in a fast-paced, dynamic social media environment.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an interest in the social media industry.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, tech-focused team.
Passion for emerging technologies and AI ethics.
Prior experience in content moderation or trust and safety is a plus.
