Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support to users navigating complex search and social media advertising tools.
Ensure compliance with social media safety standards and search engine content policies.
Analyze user trends to provide actionable insights for improving social media platform performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad campaigns,
SEO integrations, and platform navigation.
Maintain clear communication with clients in Italian to foster long-term satisfaction and platform loyalty.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows within the rapidly evolving social media landscape.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong proficiency in English to navigate internal social media tools and documentation.

Excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to digital support.
Previous experience in a customer-centric or digital media role is considered a significant asset.
