We are currently seeking polished, sophisticated individuals to join our team for the Italian Speaking Pandora Customer Experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Deliver luxury-standard customer support to Pandora enthusiasts across Italy via phone, chat, and email.
Maintain deep product knowledge of Pandora’s luxury jewelry collections to offer personalized styling advice and purchase recommendations.
Represent the elegance and craftsmanship of the Pandora brand in every interaction.
Efficiently resolve complex inquiries with grace, ensuring a seamless luxury consumer journey.
Collaborate with international teams to maintain high service levels in the Italian-speaking market.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all communications reflect the high prestige associated with luxury goods.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and foster long-term brand loyalty.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
A valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency in the European Union.
A strong passion for luxury goods, fashion, and retail excellence.
Excellent communication skills with a refined, professional, and empathetic tone.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the premium or luxury goods sector.
The ability to relocate to Greece and embrace a new international career challenge.
