This Position reports to:
Manufacturing Unit Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcase your expertise by reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.
The work model for the role is: onsite, Dalmine Via Friuli 4
This position works in the weekend, 8 hour per day on Saturday and Sunday, daily or first/second shift hours (alternating per week).
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels,
including the packing where integrated with production lines.
- Performing work manually or by using light hand tools.
- Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
- Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications for the role
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in production operations. You have any experience in similar position.
- You are passionate about innovation solutions.
- Secondary or technical education in electrical or mechanical fields, with proven experience in similar positions.
