At unosquare We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently own complex, hard‑to‑fill technical roles and operate with a consultative, data‑driven mindset.
Position is:
? Remote — candidates must be based in Paraguay, Mexico or Bolivia.
What You’ll Do
Own full‑cycle recruitment for senior and niche technical roles (Architects, Principal Engineers, DevOps, SDET, Data, and more).
Lead deep intake and calibration sessions with engineering and practice leaders.
Build and maintain strong pipelines through advanced sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
Drive recruiting funnel performance using data and insights to improve outcomes.
Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, influencing decisions with evidence‑based recommendations.
Mentor and support other recruiters,
helping elevate our recruiting practices across the team.

What We’re Looking For:
Required
5–7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruiting, owning senior or complex roles.
Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, multichannel sourcing, talent mapping).
Solid understanding of modern tech stacks and engineering roles.
Experience using structured, competency‑based interviews (e.g., STAR).
Data‑driven mindset with strong ATS discipline.
Advanced English communication skills.
Preferred
Experience recruiting across multiple countries or global teams.
Coaching or mentoring experience within a TA team.
