Our client is a growing automotive-focused company offering products and solutions designed to serve customers within the automotive industry. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate new opportunities, build relationships with prospective customers, and contribute directly to revenue growth through consistent sales execution.

Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting revenue growth through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting, pipeline management, and sales execution.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable generating new business, and capable of managing qualified opportunities through the sales process. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct cold outreach, understand customer needs, schedule qualified meetings, close smaller and mid-sized opportunities, and identify larger or more complex deals that should be transitioned to sales leadership.

and motivated by measurable sales results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate new sales opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting.
Conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns to engage potential customers.
Research prospective customers to understand their needs, challenges, and buying potential.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on customer fit and established sales criteria.
Maintain consistent prospecting activity to build and sustain a healthy sales pipeline.

Sales Calls & Appointment Setting
Engage prospective customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities.
Communicate product value clearly based on the prospect's needs and interests.
