Job description:
- Provide legal advice on corporate issues.
- Manage the Corporate secretary: management of the boards of directors, meetings and internal board committees, taking minutes of meetings and keeping the company books.
- Draft,



review and negotiate procurement contracts and contracts in general, ensuring compliance with current regulations and company standards.
- Support in the management and resolution of disputes, both in and out of court, and in the management of legal risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective management of legal projects.
- Keep up to date on applicable corporate and procurement regulations and laws.

Applicant's profile:
Excellent contractual drafting and review skills.
Strong result orientation and ability to work in a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respect deadlines.
