Position Overview
The Country Manager Italy will be directly responsible for all commercially related activities within the Italian market: strategy development and tactical execution, personnel management and close communication and cooperation with Manager and inter-departmental stakeholders.
This position will report to the Senior Director Region Europe Direct.
Experience as Business Unit Head, Country Manager preferred.
This role is based in Milano, Italy.
Essential Duties
- Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide effective leadership and strategic direction for the region in advancing our corporate presence and widening the market for Exact Sciences portfolio.
This role will be responsible for all commercialization activities.

- Effectively manage, support, and guide your team, including, but not limited to delegating tasks and responsibilities, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
- Develop and execute on country-specific strategic and tactical plans, prioritizing resources to maximize growth.
- Own full country P&L; responsibility, ensuring delivery against revenue, profitability and investment objectives.
