About the Role
Are you a recent graduate? Do you want to join the Human Resources department for a 6-month internship?
You will take an active role in the Learning area supporting the team in the following activities:
Managing the flow of activities related to training projects and HR programs
Monitoring the progress of related activities, ensuring the data accuracy to be uploaded in the LMS System (Learning Management System)
Analyzing data and exporting ad hoc reports
Within Group Learning, development programs
Supporting preparatory activities for the classes
Carrying out class activities
What You Need to Be Successful
Master's degree in Management, Political Science, Economics, Humanities
Good knowledge of Office Suite
Good knowledge of both English and Italian languages (written and spoken)
