As the Italy General Manager,
you are the inspiring leader that sets a clear and engaging vision. You are a culture builder who can successfully lead the Italian organization to the next phase. You are able to build a culture that finds the right balance between entrepreneurship and compliancy. You're able to engage the current leadership team. This will be executed in close alignment with the key stakeholders in our matrix organization like the Commercial entities and the Corporate domains. This all results in sustainable and profitable growth of our Italian business, which is of the most healthy and profitable markets for DLL. You will lead a diverse Leadership Team that includes functions such as Risk, Finance, Operations, Digital & IT, HR, Legal, Compliance and Regional Commercial groups.
