Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Finance Manager for Shared Service Accounting to lead accounting across Italy, Spain and Portugal from our Buccinasco (Milan) site. You will oversee ledgers, close processes, and reporting under local GAAP and US-GAAP frameworks.
The role requires 8+ years in finance, Italian GAAP/tax knowledge, and English fluency; German is a plus. The position offers a on-site work arrangement with a competitive base salary and premio eligibility.
