Fincantieri cerca un Junior Project Manager con laurea magistrale in ingegneria o discipline STEM per supportare la gestione e l'accelerazione di progetti di innovazione tecnologica e transizione energetica. Il ruolo include il coordinamento di pilot e co-sviluppi, la collaborazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni e la trasformazione di soluzioni promettenti in applicazioni industriali scalabili. La posizione offre contratto con RAL a partire da € 39.000, premio, assistenza sanitaria integrativa, welfare e mensa aziendale.

In this context, the Open Innovation Ecosystems & Hubs function oversees and develops relationships with key innovation players, including startups, universities and research centers, clusters and technological districts, with the aim of intercepting the best solutions available on the market and leveraging them within the organization.
The function ensures the connection between internal technological needs and external innovation offerings, facilitating the meeting between Business Units and the most qualified partners, enabling experimentation paths, co-development, and technological adoption.
