Experience in training, coaching, and/or people management (travel industry experience is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and motivate teams
Solid administrative skills, including proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office
Sound judgment with the ability to make tough decisions when needed
Willingness to travel on short notice and work extended hours when required

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and train Tour Guides aligned with our Company Values
Build and maintain hiring and training plans to support all products needs
Lead Tour Guide meetings and training sessions both in-office and on the road
Create individualized training plans for new Tour Guides
Support, inspire, and coach the existing Tour Guide team to achieve excellence
Conduct live coaching via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person
Ride along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performance
Assign Tour Guides based on performance and operational requirements
Address underperformance when necessary
Engage with travelers during tours
Provide 24/7 emergency support to Tour Guides
Manage administrative tasks while travelin
