We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer to join our WeUni Sales Team in Turin. Your mission will be to represent the WeUni brand and its suite of digital marketing services, forging strong relationships with key decision-makers within the Higher Education sector.
What Youll Do
After a comprehensive onboarding program, you will become the engine of our growth by proactively building your sales pipeline.
Your primary focus will be high-volume outbound activity . Youll spend your days making cold calls , sending targeted emails, and using LinkedIn to identify and connect with key decision-makers in the Higher Education sector.
You will master the art of the first contact, turning cold leads into warm conversations and qualified opportunities.
Youll take full ownership of your results, driving revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious individual and team sales targets.
What Were Looking For
Language Prowess: Exceptional communication skills with mandatory professional fluency (C1+) in English . Spanish or other languages are a nice to have.
Academic Background: A Bachelors degree (or higher).
Mindset: A proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented approach. You are not afraid of rejection and are motivated by the challenge of the sale.
