About the Role
As a Strategic Project Manager | CEO Office, you will play a key role in supporting the Group’s growth and transformation journey. Working within the Transformation Office and in close collaboration with senior leadership, you will contribute to the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
You will partner with business leaders to support new business launches, monitor transformation programs, and help drive alignment across Group, Divisions, and Companies. This role offers high exposure across the organization and provides a unique opportunity to actively contribute to Coesia’s strategic direction while developing a broad business perspective in a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business leaders in defining and structuring transformation initiatives and strategic objectives at Group, Division, and Company level
- Monitor the execution of strategic plans by tracking milestones and KPIs, proactively identifying risks and supporting mitigation actions
- Collaborate with initiative owners to develop tools, content, and materials, ensuring effective alignment and progress tracking
- Facilitate communication and information flow across Coesia orga
