Job Summary The Field Service Specialist is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery. The Field Service Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
They are focus on the service delivery for Wireline operations in Italy prioritizing quality and HSE.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Attain excellence in learning and competency events.
- Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
- Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
