How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della Direzione Finance, nel team Controllo di Gestione,
e riporterà all'Operations Control Leader. La risorsa sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:
- Business Controlling, Planning & Forecasting: Coordina e supporta la redazione di budget e forecast del perimetro di competenza, traducendo i piani d'azione in impatti economici
- Reporting & Variance Analysis Reporting Direzionale:
- Elabora e presenta la reportistica periodica sulle performance (P&L;) e le relative stime a supporto del business.
- Interfaccia di Gruppo: Collabora al consolidamento della reportistica di Gruppo, garantendo la conformità alle linee guida della casa madre.
- Variance Analysis: Analizza nel dettaglio gli scostamenti (es. trend vendite prezzo/volume, costi di produzione, acquisti ed energia).
- Performance & Efficienza Analisi di Profittabilità: Valuta la redditività di mercati e prodotti, identificando inefficienze e possibilità di espansione.
- Piani di Risparmio: Monitora la fattibil
