Key responsibilities:
- Be a contact person for our customers with sales related and other inquiries, provide a high level of service.
- Support the Business Development function within the organization.
- Provide administrative and technical support for contract administration, customer service, and order history management.
- Register and forward contracts, provide relevant information to our key stakeholders.
- Manage the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with the logistics and production departments.
- Additional administrative tasks associated with Sales Operations.
Requirements:
- Experience working with customers and managing sales-related documentation.
- Experience working with ERP systems (1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP would be an advantage)
- Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and Italian languages
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, logistic
