TERMS OF REFERENCE
Purpose of Assignment:
This consultancy sits within the Child Protection and Development Data Unit (CPDD) within the Data and Analytics Section of UNICEF's Office of Strategy and Evidence - Innocenti. This Unit covers a range of topics, including alternative care of children, which is the topical focus of this consultancy.
Develop a comprehensive communications plan, including key activities/outputs and timelines to ensure effective and strategic visibility and outreach on the ICare.
Strategic Communications Products
Prepare strategic communications and outreach products on the ICare, including drafting of a video script and blog posts.
