2. Position Summary
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Metrikflow, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong relationships, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales pipeline.
Your success in this role will depend on your ability to create and nurture relationships, deliver value to prospects, and convert them into qualified opportunities. Fluency in Italian is essential, as our core target market is Italy.
Tasks
- Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets using outbound and inbound strategies.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Conduct outreach through multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, other channels) to generate interest in Metrikflow’s solutions.
- Be creative and iterate quickly on growth strategies for lead generation.
- Work closely with the Sales team and Product team to provide feedback on campaigns, lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
- Set up meetings and demos for the Sales Team by engaging and qualifying decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM system.
- Continuously improve your outreach techniques by analyzing results and adapting your approach.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and Metrikflow’s product offerings.
