Senior Business Controller

DescriptionTo support our team within the Business Unit Grid Integration, we are looking for a Senior Business Controller to lead the finance operations of Power Conversion and e-mobility Global Center of Competence (GCoC) as well as e-mobility and Rail Traction under Hitachi owned COET business.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Responsibility for the financial performance, financial processes and internal controls of GCoC comprising of manufacturing and projects business in Italy and Switzerland
- Finance Business Partnering to COET General Manager and the Management Team
- Leading finance teams in Italy and Switzerland
- Responsibility for the financial control of tenders and projects through efficient risk reviews, project reviews and other governance measures
- Support strategic, business development and operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiency
Your background:
- A master’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting
- 10+ years of experience in the areas of business, finance,
operational controlling and accounting in manufacturing or / and project environment ideally in an international company
- Strong financial management, people leadership and communication skills
- Change agent, can do attitude
- Good knowledge of SAP and data analytics systems
- Fluent in English and Italian
