We are now looking for a Sales Representative, Packaging & Hygiene Solutions, Product Unit, EMEA .
Packaging & Hygiene Solutions Business Unit specializes in innovative solutions that enable customers to create fiber-based products suited for a circular economy and replacing plastics, while optimizing resource efficiency, product performance, and quality. The Business Unit serves paper, board, tissue, and molded fiber packaging manufacturers across the globe.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day execution of the Product Unit distribution/customer channel within assigned EMEA countries. You will be part of a fast-growing sales area of the company,
and you will report to the Senior Sales Manager, Product Unit, EMEA.
The role has a flexible location within Southern or Eastern Europe, provided it is based in a country where Kemira currently operates (such as Türkiye, France, Spain, or Italy).
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of distributors/customers, including identification, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. You monitor distributor performance against KPIs and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Revenue growth and customer acquisition in assigned markets, working closely with distributors/customers to develop country-level sales plans. You support new market entry and expansion opportunities, analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and recommend commercial actions to senior management.
