Senior C++ Software Engineer (Contract) – Milan

We are currently supporting an established international technology company in the search for a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join a project within the healthcare sector. This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension.
The role involves developing and maintaining software for a specialised application in a regulated environment, working as part of a collaborative engineering team.
Required Skills
Strong commercial experience with C++ (experience with legacy C++/C++98 is highly desirable)
Solid knowledge of C
Understanding of software design principles and programming logic
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and SQLite
Experience working with communication protocols such as and TCP/IP
Familiarity with tools such as cURL
Desirable Skills
Experience with Real-Time xrdbqlu Operating Systems (RTOS)
Exposure to CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins
Details
Location: Milan (4 days per week onsite)
Contract: Initial 3 months, with potential extension
Language: Professional working Italian and a good working level of English
