For our K-Way store in Milano (Via Ugo Foscolo) , we are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Assistants.

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through tailored advice
Ensure visual and stock merchandising standards are consistently maintained
Replenish and organize product displays for maximum availability and appeal
Maintain fitting rooms and support customers during try-ons
Operate the cash register in compliance with company policies
Foster a positive team environment through courtesy and collaboration
Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxury level;
Excellent knowledge of English (any other languages will be considered plus);
Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.
Initial placement on a fixed-term contract, full-time (40 hours per week).
This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €25.000, plus a range of company benefits.
