What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Backend Software Engineer in the Business Team , you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of digital welfare payments – handling everything from employer benefits to complex products. You will support the end-to-end journey for both employers and employees, ensuring long‑term satisfaction. You will be responsible for the technical direction, quality, and delivery of complex systems,
