A prestigious company operating in the Pharma / Life Sciences sector has entrusted us with the search for a:
TEMPO PARZIALE CONTRACT DURATION: 18–24 months START DATE: May 2026 Do you have experience managing complex changes in highly regulated Pharma capital projects ?

The Role You will be involved in strategic pharmaceutical projects, supporting the entire change control lifecycle , from design through commissioning, qualification and handover.
You will act as the focal point for assessing and governing scope changes , ensuring alignment between project objectives, regulatory constraints and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Change Management process
- Assess and consolidate the impact of changes on schedule, cost and risk
- Govern Change Review Boards and support Stage Gate Reviews
- Collaborate with Project Controls on budget, schedule and risk registers
- Coordinate engineering disciplines (Process,
Utilities, HVAC, Automation, CQV, QA)
- Ensure GMP/GxP compliance , documentation quality and audit readiness
- Prevent scope creep through value engineering and scope containment
- Proven ability in the fundamentals of Risk Management
- Expert knowledge of Project Controls and Project Management
- Extensive experience in risk & project management, execution planning, construction management, scheduling and progress tracking, cost management and value engineering
- Strong experience in leading risk reduction initiatives and managing outcomes
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of GMP/GxP and pharmaceutical project lifecycles
- Experience in capital projects within Pharma / Life Sciences
- Strong exposure to Commissioning & Qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Good knowledge of Monte Carlo Analysis software (Acumen, @Risk, Safran, PRA)
- Proven ability in Risk Management fundamentals
