Senior Business Analyst

About your role:

This is a leadership role that demands deep payments domain expertise,
exceptional client-facing skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity in complex
programmes, and a track record of leading analysis workstreams in large-scale
regulated environments.

The ideal candidate will bring strong consultative skills honed through direct
client engagement, the confidence to shape solutions where requirements are
unclear or evolving, and the ability to mentor and lead other analysts. They




will also demonstrate the practical application of AI in business analysis,
including the use of AI-enabled tools to accelerate requirements gathering,
improve documentation quality, automate analysis tasks, and enhance traceability
and validation.

What you’ll do:

Leadership & Client Engagement

* Act as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders, building and
maintaining strong relationships at Director and VP level.
* Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, setting standards for quality,
consistency, and delivery.
* Own the analysis workstream end-to-end, taking accountability for scope,
quality, and timely delivery of all BA outputs.
* Represent the programme in client-facing governance forums, steering
committees, and executive reviews.
* Navigate ambiguity confidently — proactively clarifying scope, surfacing
assumptions, and driving decisions where requirements are incomplete or
conflicting.
