Our European team is expanding and we are looking for a new Quality & Food Safety Manufacturing Manager
Main Purpose of the role
The Global Manufacturing Quality Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving the global manufacturing quality standards, systems, and ways of working across all production sites.
This role ensures that products are consistently manufactured according to company quality and food safety requirements, delivering superior consumer experiences and supporting business growth.
Acting as the key interface between Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D;, the Global Manufacturing Quality Manager drives excellence in manufacturing processes, strengthens quality capabilities across the organization, and ensures the effective integration of quality principles within company operating models.
The role is accountable for establishing global standards, fostering operational excellence, and ensuring that manufacturing quality is embedded in daily operations across all plants.
