GDM is looking for a Sales Manager to join the Marketing and Business Development team in Offanengo, Italy. The position reports to the Head of Marketing and Business Development.
The Sales Manager develops and manages long-term partnerships with strategic accounts,
serving as the primary commercial interface and trusted advisor to customers. The role drives sustainable and profitable growth by identifying evolving customer needs, introducing innovative and tailored solutions, and developing business opportunities across existing and new market segments within the company portfolio.
Own and develop strategic relationships with assigned key accounts, acting as the primary commercial point of contact.
Define and execute account strategies aligned with customer priorities and GDM’s growth objectives.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Develop a thorough understanding of customers’ business models, strategic priorities, and operational challenges.
Anticipate evolving customer needs, market trends, and emerging business opportunities.
