As our Sales Manager, you'll drive the growth of our intralogistics automation business across EMEA, leveraging your well-established network of clients and consultants. You'll be the primary contact for key clients and spearhead the acquisition of new automation and intralogistics projects, directly contributing to our company's success.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth in the region by proactively acquiring new customers
- Develop strong relationships in the intralogistics automation market with customers, consultants and institutions
- Have a depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environments
- Analyze customer needs and create the right intralogistics automation solutions tailored to customer needs
- Consult customers with the optimal solution based on throughput, space,

and budget
- Lead the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, adding value to build trust and secure project wins
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) and external partners to ensure optimal solution delivery and seamless project execution
- Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline, and monitor KPIs to achieve order intake targets
- Stay informed about industry trends, monitor customer satisfaction, and participate in relevant industry events to network and promote our solutions

Qualifications / Responsabilità e requisiti
