The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with Kanix software, and providing training and support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement ERP systems, including configuration, testing, and deployment
- Ensure integration of ERP systems with Kanix software, resolving any technical issues that arise
- Provide training and support to end-users on ERP and Kanix software
- Develop and maintain documentation of ERP and Kanix software processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
- Analyse and troubleshoot ERP and Kanix software issues, identifying and implementing solutions
- Stay up to date with new features and updates in ERP and Kanix software, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures
