Job description:
In your role as Industrial Engineer, you will lead key production projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and timelines. You will play a key role in improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on a dedicated production line
Key Responsibilities:
Productivity analysis of production lines and identification of improvement opportunities with a view to continuous improvement
Participation in the implementation of investments aimed at creating new production islands and lines
Management of BOM, MES system and the manufaturing plant mold pool
Implementation of the manufacturing plant energy management system and identification of decarbonization activities as part of the Road to 100 Ariston program:
Requirements
Degree in mechanical engineering or similar
5-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the metalworking sector
Fluency in Italian and English

teamwork aptitude, analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and effective priority management. You thrive in a challenging and fast‑paced environment and bring the leadership capabilities needed to collaborate with a wide network of internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contract manufacturers. You are eager to learn, driven by enthusiasm and curiosity, and consistently demonstrate a detail‑oriented and analytical mindset that supports high‑quality execution and continuous improvement.
