Your role:
As a Software Engineer with Fire Safety Domain (Product-Oriented) , you will be part of Digital Solutions for the SI Buildings Fire Safety team, contributing to the design, development, and evolution of digital fire safety solutions application for installation and commissioning.
Your day-to-day activities will include designing and developing scalable web and cross-platform mobile applications, integrating backend services and cloud-native solutions, and collaborating closely with Product Owners,
Project Managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software and continuously improve the product portfolio.
You’llmake an impact by:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and cross-platform mobile applications using Angular and Ionic.
- Developing and integrating backend services and APIs using .NET and Go within a microservices architecture.
- Building and evolving cloud-native solutions on AWS, including Lambda, SQS, S3, and DynamoDB.
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders to analyse requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Contributing to backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
- Supporting technical and product decisions by evaluating trade-offs between scalability, performance, quality, and delivery timelines.
