We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s employment needs. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements




You will draft Job Descriptions with hiring manager and post JD on job portals
You will source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, active search and employee referrals
You will coordinate and schedule interview
You will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
A minimum of 2 - 3 years’ working experience in Recruitment
Familiarity with recruitment software (such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals)
Knowledge of employer branding and talent acquisition strategies
Full professional fluency in English - Please note that this is a fully English-speaking working environment
