Role SummaryOwn and grow Naphora’s organic acquisition across our mobile games.
Your objective is to build sustainable, compounding organic growth through content, social media, creators, communities, and App Store Optimization.
You’ll work across multiple channels to grow our player base, build engaged communities, and turn organic activity into measurable acquisition and retention.
ResponsibilitiesOrganic Growth & Content
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies across multiple games and channels
- Manage content calendars and social media initiatives




- Build multi-platform content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, and other relevant platforms
- Identify viral content opportunities, emerging trends, and new organic growth channels
- Plan organic campaigns around game launches, LiveOps, and seasonal events

Creators & Community
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers, and community ambassadors
- Grow and engage player communities across key platforms
- Develop creator initiatives that drive awareness and player acquisition
- Gather player feedback from community channels and share actionable insights with Product teams

ASO & Performance
- Lead App Store Optimization (ASO), including metadata, keywords, screenshots, and creative assets
- Monitor content and channel performance using engagement, acquisition, and retention data
- Measure the impact of organic initiatives beyond reach and engageme
