You'll guide customers through the full order‐to‐delivery journey, ensuring their requirements are translated into robust, high‑quality solutions. This is a role where technical understanding meets customer leadership — and where your influence will be felt across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, delivering clear, confident communication
- Respond quickly to customer queries and manage expectations throughout the project
- Negotiate with customers and internal teams to meet technical and delivery needs
- Carry out accurate contract reviews and manage scope changes
- Oversee technical and commercial aspects of each project lifecycle
- Track inventory requirements and elevate risks early
- Provide proactive updates on delivery timelines, including travel to customer or EPC sites
- Build strong relationships across engineering, applications, finance, and operations
- Develop project plans and influence delivery timescales
- Prepare cost estimates and present solutions to senior stakeholders
QualificationsExperience Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Product Design, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Experience analysing, designing, testing, and improving industrial products
