We are currently seeking candidates for two positions: one based in Northern Italy and one in Southern Italy.
Your role:
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Drive customer satisfaction by regularly visiting clients to monitor their needs, uncover new business opportunities, and continuously improve their experience in close synergy with the sales team.
- Cultivate strong networks with laboratory managers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to position our brand as a trusted industry benchmark.
- Strategic Collaboration & Solution Design: Analyze complex environments (including workflows and deal strategies) to map out and design tailored, cutting-edge solutions that perfectly meet customer needs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Territory Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Consulting Solutions to turn funnel analysis into actionable business opportunities.
