Coordinate with other functional departments such as finance, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize sales performance while maintaining cost control.
Implement effective training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for senior management,
providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Gross Salary from 50k EUR based on experience and competence.
