As an Incoming DMC, we turn requests from our international partners into tailor-made experiences, managing every stage of the journey: from itinerary design and the selection of experiences to booking management and the coordination of services on the ground.
To continue growing, we are looking for new people to join our team.

Open Positions

We welcome applications from Junior, Senior and Internship candidates. We are looking for professionals to join the following departments:
- Travel Designer – designing tailor-made itineraries, researching and selecting experiences, and developing personalised proposals.
- Booking – managing requests, preparing quotations, handling bookings, and liaising with hotels, suppliers and partners.
- Operations – coordinating services on the ground,



managing operations and resolving any issues that may arise.

The Profile We Are Looking For

We are looking for people with:
- A strong interest in the tourism industry and in Italy as a destination;
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively;
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage unexpected challenges;
- Autonomy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments;
- A team-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international environment.

Languages

Fluency in English is essential, while Spanish and Chinese are considered a plus.
Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an added advantage.
