ABOUT THE JOB Under the supervision of our F&B; Director, your main responsibilities will include: Across the Different Outlets Coordinate and optimize communication between the Front of House, Kitchen, Bars, and Reception, Welcome and assist event clients, Support service operations when needed, Assist the events team as required, Ensure all outlets are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality), Ensure compliance with aesthetic standards defined by management (grooming, table settings, and decoration), Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
