ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS
You will provide administrative and organizational support for the Managing Director of HELLA Lithuania in Kaunas;
You will organize business trips, events and meetings with internal and external business partners and prepare the necessary documents;
You will communicate in the global HELLA network as well as with international customers and business partners;
You will also monitor the e-mail inbox,
organize incoming information and distribute this information according to responsibility and priority;
You will create and update graphics, reports, presentations and lectures (in English) according to keywords;
You will be organizing and managing the schedule of your superior and office tasks are just as much a part of the role as procuring workplace equipment.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Successfully completed administrative, commercial vocational or similar training;
Relevant work experience in a comparable role;
Confidence in using the current Microsoft Office programs;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Purposeful and structured work approach;
A highly committed and proactive attitude.
