Statutory Account Team Leader (org title = RTR Country Leader Italy - Finance)
In Italy, Trane Technologies operates through four statutory entities covering distribution and service activities, manufacturing, and support functions.
This role is part of the RTR Statutory Reporting team , an experienced local team of three, based in Trezzano, within the broader Regional RTR organization of 14 professionals across multiple countries and part of the larger EMEA RTR function.
Reporting to the Record to Report Regional Leader ,

the successful candidate will oversee statutory finance activities for three of the four Italian legal entities — one in Trezzano and two in Bari and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and statutory books of record, as well as full compliance with local statutory, tax, and corporate reporting requirements, Local GAAP, US GAAP, and Italian tax regulations.
The successful candidate will also contribute to process improvement, automation, reporting excellence, and productivity initiatives , while ensuring strong internal controls and high-quality financial governance.
This is a full-time onsite role , working alongside your colleagues, with up to 30 days per year of flexible work location .

Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations in line with internal control standards
