ERM is seeking a motivated Senior Consultant in Environmental Health and Safety and with a passion for sustainability to join our growing team.

The role will be based in Milan but we offer flexible working arrangements.
ERM has strong network of EHS experts who comes together globally to innovate our service offering for clients on regular basis through our internal technical community.

Our team works with clients in energy, technology, mining companies, through to multi-national corporate companies to whom we deliver a range of services including EHS strategy,
designing and implementing EHS management systems, compliance management support and delivering audit programmes; and cover the breadth of environmental through to health and safety disciplines.
Role Responsibilities:

- Support in managing EHS aspects across all phases of a construction site project, from design and procurement through execution and commissioning.
- Identifying risks, conducting risk assessments and supporting the development of preventive measures to minimize accidents and environmental impacts.
- Advice and support for our clients in the implementation of standards and legal regulations in the area of occupational safety and health protection.
- Regularly review and update security policies and procedures to ensure they comply with current best practices and legal requirements.
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of training and workshops in the areas of occupational safety
