Job Summary

The Reservation & Ticketing Agent at AVIAREPS s.r.l. is responsible for handling all aspects of travel reservations, ticketing, and customer service for various airline and tourism clients. This role involves assisting clients with travel inquiries, booking flights and other travel components, and issuing tickets accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

* Process flight reservations, changes, and cancellations for individual and group travelers using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.




* Issue and re-issue airline tickets, ensuring compliance with airline policies and fare rules.
* Provide comprehensive information to clients regarding flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, visa requirements, and other travel-related details.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, offering professional and efficient support.
* Resolve booking discrepancies, ticketing errors, and customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for all transactions.
* Collaborate with airlines and other travel partners to secure optimal travel arrangements and resolve issues.
* Stay updated on current travel regulations, airline policies, and GDS functionalities.
* Generate reports on reservations, sales, and customer service activities as required.
